1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to courier disruptions beyond our control.
2. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within India. Shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2 to 4 business days
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries. At this time, we do not ship to regions with import restrictions or high-risk zones.
Estimated delivery time: 8 to 20 business days depending on destination. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Customs & Duties: Import taxes (including VAT) may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. WShankara is not liable for any charges incurred at customs.
4. Shipping Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). Please ensure your contact details are accurate during checkout.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by weight, size, and destination. We offer free shipping on domestic orders above ₹1,999.
6. Delays or Issues
If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@wshankara.com with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier and update you accordingly.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
